These terms and conditions include general terms and conditions for use of this Site, terms and conditions relating to the services provided by Yoga & Pilates Hampshire on the site and in our studio.
These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Booking Form and any services provided by Yoga & Pilates Hampshire are subject to these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
Amanda Frost Ltd reserves the right to vary and revoke these Terms and Conditions from time to time which it may consider necessary or desirable for the regulation of the internal affairs of the Studio and/or the conduct of Clients. Any such changes will be published on the Website and, until revoked, are binding on Clients.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the Site, the purchase of any Products or Services on this Site or in a studio will be subject to these terms and conditions. And you now hereby agree to our terms and conditions.
Booking & cancellation policy
To keep it fair for all clients and teachers we have a strict booking and cancellation policy in place. Please note that we cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
All courses are sold on a first come first serve basis. If a course is fully booked, you can add yourself to the wait-list on the bookings page. If you are added to a wait-list for a course and a space opens up, you will automatically notified by email of the course availability and given 24hrs to book your place before the next person of the wait-list is offered the same course.
You must arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time as the doors will be locked once the class commences. Late comers will not be admitted.
If you need to cancel a course please contact Amanda Frost on firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 48 hours before the start time of your course. Course cancellations within less than 48 hours of the course start time will be recorded as a late cancel.
If you late cancel (cancelling within less than 48 hours of the course start time) or fail to attend a booked course you will still be charged for that course in full. Please note that we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Details below:
Course extensions and transfers
We know sometimes is difficult to attend all the sessions within a course. We always encourage you to do it but understand that sometimes it’s not possible. All booked Courses can not be extended or transferred to another course.
All sales are final. Strictly no refunds.
Amanda Frost Ltd General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
All Clients are required to fill out our PARQ form found on the booking page. Clients with any medical conditions outlined on our PARQ form should not attend class until they’ve written permission from their doctor. If there’s any doubt, the client should consult their doctor. Clients with any other pre-existing medical condition, injury or disease not outlined on our PARQ form or any circumstances affecting their health, which may be exacerbated through exercise must notify Amanda Frost on email@example.com.
Important liability statement
The information available on or through this Site, and the Services supplied via or in connection with this Site or at the Studio do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that such contents and services are suitable for you. It is not our responsibility to do so. Before commencing any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor.
In consideration of Yoga & Pilates Hampshire accepting a person as a Client, the Client agrees that:
Neither Amanda Frost Ltd T/A Yoga & Pilates Hampshire, nor its partner The BOSC or Teachers, are responsible for any injuries suffered by the Client caused whole or in part by the Client’s failure to faithfully follow the instructions of the teacher or by any physical impairment of the Client’s not fully disclosed to the Amanda Frost in writing.
It is also vital that you supply us with correct information about yourself. We cannot be liable for any incorrect information supplied by you to us. We try to make sure that all information contained on this web site (and provided by us to you as part of any Services or Products) is correct, but, subject to the paragraph below, we do not accept any liability for any error or omission and exclude all liability for any action you (your legal representatives, heirs) may take or loss or injury you may suffer (direct or indirect including loss of pay, profit, opportunity or time, pain and suffering, any indirect, consequential or special loss, however arising) as a result of relying on any information on this web site or provided through any Service supplied by us to you.
Neither Amanda Frost Ltd T/A Yoga & Pilates Hampshire nor its partner The BOSC, Teachers are responsible for loss or damage to a Clients personal belongings.
Yoga & Pilates Hampshire reserves the right to change the class schedule, including cancellation of individual classes and change of instructor without notice.
You, your legal representatives and your heirs release waive, discharge and covenant, not to sue Amanda Frost Ltd and its teachers for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
Personal belongings & security
For security reasons Clients are advised to place all their valuables in a safe place in plain view during the class.
Clients are requested to wear clothing that preserves their dignity throughout the full range of movement that constitutes a Yoga or a Pilates Class. Underpants, thongs underneath tights, swimming costumes are not considered appropriate. Yoga & Pilates Hampshire operate a shoe free zone in the studio. All outdoor footwear is to be removed as soon as possible and not worn in the studio.
For safety reasons and because all Clients are barefoot – No crockery, glass or anything breakable is permitted in any part of the Studio.
No food is to be consumed within the studio.
Clients should not walk around the Studio barefoot if they have verruca’s or similar foot complaints.
Clients are required to use a suitable towel for the purpose of covering their yoga mat in the studio.
In the event of a fire, Clients are asked to make their way to the nearest available exit.
Yoga & Pilates Hampshire warrants that the Products and Services will be supplied with reasonable skill and care. The Client SHALL NOT transfer sessions to any other person or permit them to be used by anyone other than the Client. Any assignment, transfer or disposal of courses is at the sole discretion of Amanda Frost and may only be permitted in exceptional circumstances with written consent form Amanda Frost. Course fees are non-refundable.
Course fees may be increased by Yoga & Pilates Hampshire at any time. The Proprietor shall give the Clients not less than 14 days’ notice prior to any such increases.
Details of Course times may vary from time to time. Course will be published by Yoga & Pilates Hampshire and will be available on our Website.
When you are purchasing a course you are paying for a group of class and not an instructor. Instructors are subject to change without notice. All Courses expire on the last day of the course date. The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds in relation to Products or Services may only be credited to the credit or debit card originally used to make the purchase. An administration fee of £20.00 is applicable.
Amanda Frost Ltd may change these terms and conditions from time to time. By browsing the Site you are accepting that you are bound by the current terms and conditions. You should check these each time you revisit the Site. These terms and conditions form the entire understanding of the parties and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating to the subject matter.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
